Grand Opening Celebration

 
On October 14, 2002, donors, university personnel
and industrial partners gathered to celebrate the
opening of the new Center for Nanofabrication and
Molecular Self-Assembly (NAMSA).
Over 200 guests
attended the celebration, which included: recognition
of donors Rosemary Schnell, Leonard and Mary
Ginger, and Charles Shaw; the "Nano 101"
presentation by NAMSA Co-Director, Professor Mark
Ratner, tours of the building, and a reception.
